When a person is consistently tense; he tends to think negative and this leads to secretion of various poisonous chemicals in his body. These poisonous chemicals trigger the malfunctioning of the body tissues and cells disturbing auto immune system. The body loses its inherent capacity to handle the outside negative influences. The constant state of tension acts as catalyst to already disturbed state.
