The source of all light is undoubtedly God. It may be Christ, Krishna, Rama, Allah or Guru Nanak. When a person with courage and determination decides to abstain from selfishness and wants to share all his possessions (physical, mental or spiritual) with others, the grace of God dawns uninhibitedly. “Sharing leads to expansion of one’s personality” says Swami Sivananda. The soul starts connecting to its original source i.e. Almighty God. The inner being of a person is then bathed in the glory of God’s light. And gradually as the light increases one become aware of one’s true status. And this very realization gives him an inner strength to ward off those unwanted self-made shadows of worry, tension and anxiety. And as one’s will power increases so is his faith in the Almighty. And this faith and trust paves the way for devotion.
Devotion increases in leaps and bounds if a person is simple, truthful and honest. A prayer said from the depth of heart is all what God needs to enlighten us. God does not like hypocrisy, showoff or superstitions. These all rituals are man made. God only wants his children to be pure, innocent and simple.
Let us all take charge of our own life, try our best to remove these dark shadows of miseries from our beings by strong determination and courage.
