Stress is a great enemy of every one who chooses to keep it or wear it like a coat. Do you feel amazed as I write the word choose? Every one considers tension, anxiety, anger & worry normal these days. But I must tell you that I have discovered by my researches that all these negative feelings, emotions are self imposed. And the best part is by segregation of our lower mind we can avoid to get involved in them. After coming under the canopy of Yoga, I am practicing this simple technique day in & day out. I can see its wonderful effects in form of increased peace, mental calmness and inner happiness. Now I can remain relaxed and perform my work more efficiently in less time. So, I can get time for my routine work. Since I am happy, I can spread happiness to one and all through my words, actions and thoughts. Won’t you like to be like this always and ever? Think seriously & choose your path; a path of eternal happiness & love or a path of anger, worry & stress?
The key lies in acceptance of all our life situations as they are and working hard to make them work for us and all around us. Positive thinking goes a long way in averting our life’s miseries and changing the tide of waves; as each thought has energy and it works. It has worked for me, it will definitely work for you.
