Yoga provides easy steps in form of asanas, pranayamas & simple meditation techniques which pave the path of increasing our mind control. By focusing our attention on breath during asanas, we train our mind to become one pointed. That is the secret of concentration during other tasks also. E.g. If we are fighting with enemy at front or learning rifle shooting, we can easily focus our mind at our aim. You need not spend a lot of time on yoga asanas but a few minutes in morning, afternoon, evening & at bedtime to derive its full benefits. Gradually by regular practice you can feel your tensions, worries & stress getting evaporated one by one. This results in deep inner relaxation & increased efficiency. This writing is based on my true experiences.
